On a rural plot of approx. 16.300 m² a spacious detached house with pool and pool house will be built. The plot is located in a quiet area, the small towns of Ses Salines, Es Llombards and Santanyí are only a few minutes away by car. The new property will offer a living and usable area of about 450 m².
