The Villa is accessed through double gates down a sweeping driveway where you find off street parking. A bougainvillea clad pathway and gardens lead to the front door. Taking you from the front door hallway, the villa opens into the open plan dining area and lounge. To the left of the hallway is the upstairs twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and doors lead from this bedroom to a small, circular courtyard with feature well in the middle.

The hallway leads into the dining room where there are stairs on the right hand side accessing the lower level twin bedrooms. One step up from the dining room is the cosy lounge area with feature fireplace and double doors accessing the covered terrace with built in barbecue.

On the right hand side of the dining area is the kitchen with a door to a terrace and steps down to the gardens. To the right hand side of the kitchen there is a small cloakroom.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the left hand side, down a passageway just after the kitchen. This room boasts double doors opening onto the shared terrace where the barbecue and exterior dining table is located. From this terrace there are steps leading down to the gardens and pool area below.

A winding, spiral staircase leads from the dining area to the lower level passage way. Here you find the remaining two twin bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. From this passage way there is a door leading directly onto the gardens, sun terraces and pool area.

The views from the Villa are just amazing and the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks are fantastic.

Just a few minutes walk to the resort centre, restaurants and shops plus a short stroll to the superb Marina of Cala Llonga with its smart waterfront restaurants, it is an ideal choice for those who wish to be near all amenities
